When Are My Guaranteed Picks Added to My Account?

If you purchase a package or subscription that loses, a free subscription should automatically be added to your account at 8 AM EST the following day.  If after that time you believe you should have had a free subscription added to your account and you do not see it, please open a ticket.  After we verify a profit was not made we will add the free subscription to your account.
